Use as a glaze for poultry and meats, in dressing, tossed with fruit, added to sparkling water or wine, in marinades, or as a sparkling jewel toned balsamic jelly. Pairs beautifully with the Blood Orange Olive Oil, Toasted Walnut Oil and Lime or Lemon Olive Oil. 4% acidity
